"Arrived. Convenient, quiet location for Canoe Lake. Parking bays not clear, had to go and re-park at an angle. Told no housekeeping, due to Covid (frequent stayer in Portsmouth, and all other accommodation is cleaning rooms locally). Room was No9, on top floor, very strong odours. Room, kitchen and bathroom were clean. Kitchen was equipped. Hot water bit slow in bathroom, but it is the top floor. No toilet roll in bathroom ! Bedroom Wardrobe was very flimsy. Can hear occupants in other rooms. "

"A beautiful, modern furnished studio flat. Open plan kitchen, and uncluttered quite spacious and very bright sunny lounge area. Separate bedroom with large comfortable bed with fresh white linen. Very nice bathroom with large double shower. French windows on to a very private patio area. Carole and Tim are perfect hosts. Always ready to help but never intrusive. Some lovely goodies on arrival - their own hens eggs, biscuits, bottle of wine and more. Made me feel very welcome. It was a very...
