27 Jan 2020It waa a Sunday so shops weren't open. Unfortunately since my last visit Blaenau Ffestiniog has lost a lot of their businesses. Fantastic area for the slate minea and railway though

A lovely stay over the bank holiday weekend
"Me and my boyfriend stayed here for two nights and it was a gorgeous room. Really cosy and a big bed with comfy bedding. The restaurant downstairs was homely and all the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The view from the room was stunning and the road outside is quiet. Would love to stay ..."

"Arrived later than expected. Could have done with map to know where our log cabin was, but after driving round for while, saw some people who had map and found it then. Really pleased with property and will come again"

27 Oct 2019Utterly captivating and beautiful, every new turn was a wow moment, I've never been anywhere quite like it. The high street is struggling as all are through the country but the people are so friendly and the place is stunning.

15 Sep 2019It's a quiet town, built for slate miners back in the day.The terminus for the Ffestiniog railway, travel on this is a must !! The Llechwedd slate mine in 20 mins walk out of the town.
