Everything was very... Ok. Bed wasn't I comfy, or comfy, shower wasn't great but not terrible. We were given a voucher for free cocktails, and then told they were out of ice and couldn't give us any cocktails. Very mid.

Loved the cleanliness and decor of the Moxy and the vibrant feel, the staff were super friendly and the food was lovely. The breakfast spread was literally the best I've ever seen at a hotel.

I visited this hotel, after a couple of days my son who was staying with me noticed when he forgot to use his door card that the door just opened. This means for the couple of days before the door had been left open all the time, including after the room cleaner left it it was left unlocked. Anyone could of entered my room and taken anything, more scarily anyone could of entered at night. Hotel brushed it off at first saying "Pull on door harder" to my son, later I showed the hotel I literally had to slam the door hard to get it to lock, moved me to another room for 4th night as they agreed the room lock was faulty and Marrott Bonvoy offered $35 of loyalty points as "A guesture of goodwill"

The decor of the hotel was querky and fun. Staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and warm, though the bathroom was quite small. The only downside was the cost of parking (additional £12) and the 10min walk from the carpark.

great stay if at NEC
I needed a hotel for being at a trade show at NEC and have never stayed before, the room was very well appointed, slightly limiting in size but had everything you need, clean and all of the staff very helpful and enthusiastic. I had a small issue with the TV channels not being tuned but they sorted that soon enough. all very good and would definitely stay again, even breakfast was very nice and hot.

There is no parking on-site. It's a good 10 min walk, dark and not particular pleasant. Eapwciallybif you arrive alone and in the dark. I wouldn't stay again purely based on the parking facilities

Hi NicolaThank you for your review. We do understand that not having an on-site carpark is not ideal. Unfortunately, due to the NEC owning all surrounding land, E5 is the closest car park they can allocate the hotel for a discounted rate. I do hope this doesn't deter you from staying with us againKind regards

Great location for the NEC, airport and Rail station a easy walk away. Bar/ eatery very noisy. One of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. fast internet, good sized tv. Free mineral water

An incredible stay! I first entered into a clean and tidy atmosphere, where clear instructions directed me to the check-in. I was greeted by happy faces who gave me clear instructions on where my room was. Furthermore, we were provided a complimentary cocktail on arrival which was delicious! We then headed up to the elevator, fast and simple, then entered our room. It was beautiful, upon entering was a well lit room with complimentary tea, coffee and water on the right handside, of which were replaced daily for us. There were two cosey beds, each of which were faced opposite to large televisions, the bathroom was huge and provided us all with many towels and soaps and conditioners. Every spec of the room was clean, and aside from a slight mark in the doorframe there was no imperfection I slept well, the building being soundless through the night, and upon waking up and heading downstairs, a vast selection of a delicious breakfast awaited us. Friendly staff. Beautiful room. Good food. Can't ask for more for £60 a night!
