"Lovely hotel situated in a not so lovely area. A lot of noise from bars close by. A lot of drunk people around the area. In fact when we were there, a drunk man entered the hotel and for no reason attacked the reception staff. Guest from the hotel restrained him and police were called!!! "

"I would recommend this hotel for someone wanting a place to sleep near the city centre. We stayed here four nights while we explored and it was brilliantly located for the trains, trams and walking. The lift was out of order when we arrived and the staff took all our luggage to our room for us, after switching us to a room on the first floor. The beds were comfortable and the bar area excellent.
