"Excellent location within walking distance of many central Berlin landmarks, from the Reichstag Building to the Berliner Dom (Cathedral). The ZOE has underground parking (spaces are limited, so book in advance) in the basement and is accessible from the street via a car elevator - size restrictions apply, and a Landrover Discovery Sport was a tight fit! "It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. This is typical of German hotels and the culture. They really go out of their way to help, without discrimination. The rooms are not that big, but they are super clean, comfy and have balconies. "
