"All staff from front desk to concierge to cleaning crew are very friendly and helpful. It is a very convenient location, many restaurants are within walking distance. All major sights of interest are easily accessible by subway. The Wangfujing Shopping area is within 5 minutes’ walk. We stayed 4 nights and still have many places near and far that we’d like to explore next time we stay in this hotel. "

"From the little details to the overall experience, this was luxury at its highest. We loved everything, but most of all the service was beyond what we could have expected. "
"We were upgraded to a very spacious room.
it was a Perfect space
Personnel were absolutely perfect, helpful to the point of reserving a trip to the Chinese wall and for the very difficult to get the Forbidden city"

"Great experience. The washing machine has a dry function which helps a lot with laundry. I was expecting a hot tub with a jacuzzi, which in the UK hot tub is usually means jacuzzi. "

"Really great location, stayed for 6 nights. Had club access and the food and drinks were really really good. Room was a bit old but really clean and had a very comfortable bed. Train station is line 8 which made it so easy to get around the city. Plenty of great shops and places to eat. The staff were really good and very friendly . I would definetley recommend a stay here and would certainly would stay again. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, polite and efficient, always ready to help. The property was immaculately clean, and very comfortable. Great location! The dinner buffet had a vast variety of options (but not that many vegetarian selections). Breakfast was sumptuous. Would happily return and stay anytime. Highly recommended!"

"Our stay at four seasons was great, all of the staff were so friendly and we were lucky to get a free upgrade to a bigger room with a bath tub looking out to the city. The facilities such as the pool, hot tub and sauna were well maintained and lovely to spend some of the evening in after a long day visiting some of the amazing sites.
Turn down service was appreciated and also meant our bins were emptied twice a day.
Shoutout to Chris from concierge who was knowledgeable and always helpful, even showing us to our taxi that we ordered via DiDi to make sure the driver would take us to the correct place (due to our language barrier).
Overall great stay, would still recommend despite being a bit further out from the main sites. "

"The hotel is not near any of the tourist spots. But I guess most your companies pick up from there, that's why I chose it.
Breakfast is good and varied for all tastes.
Staff absolutely fabulous couldn't help me enough with the few issues I had, noting to do with the hotel.
And of you like fish there's a great fish buffet in the hotel"
