Wouldnt stay here again

"The building The Wee Snug is located in looked terrible from the outside when we arrived and once through the buildings front door our hopes were dashed. The entrance foyer is terrible. There was an electric system alarm going off ( There were instructions how to stop the alarm but it didn't work, another person living in the building said he was contacting the owner and I msgd them too- no response and the alarm was still going when we left the following morning). We eventually found our apartment which didn't have the same name as I was given in the check in email. The WeeSnug itself has potential and is nicely decorated and clean. The little details let it down. No soft bath towels, the towels were not at all soft, in fact they were hard and scratchy. Bed was just okay and it is double in size. The kitchen and the bathroom had the basics. It was nice having a dining room though Overall i would not stay there again. The positives didn’t outweigh the negatives. "
