There is no organized to support guest like check in and asked missing towels and no response. There is no space to park in front of entrance, so have to park somewhere for check in.

So when you come into this property, it actually looks amazing. The foyer area that you first see is pretty beautiful. The main issue for me was the room that I got had carpet stains there was hair on the floor the wallpaper was peeling off of the wall and my phone didn’t work, I did tell them of a lot of the issues but when we first checked and there was so many other people checking in that after waiting for 10 minutes I just walked away and said I will just stay in the room considering we were there for more than three days at no point did I see anyone ever cleaned the pool out? Several guests were complaining about the conditions of the pool Finally four or five days later there was a person going to drain the Jacuzzi but the pool is green. The back gate to the pool does not lock so random people were able to access the pool area when you walk inside of the building from the pool area you don’t need a key even though there is key access and it tells you to use your key so again random people have access to the building because you can just walk in and out even though you have to have a key for the elevators , I didn’t like that room. Had this weird smell when we first came in so I took some pictures and made some recordings. The staff was nice. They always nice it’s just the conditions of the property.

Overall wonderful experience! Stàff went above and beyond! We have a very large family that had a lot to celebrate and the staff made amazing accomodations for us far more than what we expected!
