5/5 Excellent
"Very convenient location for Gatwick. It was a bit of a walk to get to the terminal shuttle but easy to find. My room was very spacious and well appointed. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Nice, clean room but sooooooo tiny! Was ok for one night but pretty claustrophobic (despite paying extra for a room with a window).
Location was excellent! Was actually in the airport itself, which wasn't clear from the address (which did make it a bit challenging to find initially)
So, in all, great location, tiny room, expensive for what you got"

"This was our first visit to The Grand and we were very pleasantly surprised, especially by the excellent service.
From our first encounter, being greeted as we pulled up in front of the hotel, to the farewell as we pulled away at the end of our stay, everyone was friendly, helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. They even went the extra mile to ensure the old car we were traveling in was kept safe and secure. The room itself was very pleasant. We had booked their most basic room as the hotel was full but it was still very nice. We had pre-booked dinner elsewhere but did visit the bar for a drink on returning after dinner and the staff there were great. Breakfast was excellent and the dining room it was served in very elegant. Overall, we were very impressed and will most likely look for an opportunity (or even an excuse) to return for another, longer stay at The Grand. "
"Lovely hotel, great scent, very family friendly, spacious rooms, great breakfast and pool. Left a special birthday surprise upon our arrival. So kind! "
