"Unfortunately we had a bad expu our original booking in Payaller Alanya. Thankfully Hotels.com found us another villa and we ended up staying here at Ottoman Villas. The villa was super and we enjoyed our stay there. It was around 30 minutes from Alanya so we had to travel by taxi to explore the touristic areas of Alanya. "

It would be nice to have a couple of bottles of water, tea or coffee and a snack as a welcome pack. Arrived on Saturday, had issues with water supply and electricity during stay. There are water problems in Avsallar which affected us - we lost water for a few hours on a couple of occasions so you need bottled water. We also had a power cut because of faulty wiring in the villa that happened when we were away, and unfortunately we had to throw away two days of refrigerated food as a result. "The property was not located in Alanya as per the address on our booking. The villa is located on the top of a hill, in The Mahmutlar area. The road to the villla is unsafe, with poor visibility, surrounded by construction and rubbish. Lots of ants inside the villa, we got bitten many times. It’s located on a very steep area and far away from the amenities of the resort, you need to walk up a hill for about 20 minutes. Our air conditioner didn’t work, we complained many times.
