"We had such a lovely stay at renaissance. The peace and serenity we experienced everymorning on our morning stroll through the garden was perfect , surrounded by birds, Butterflies and gecko's, it felt like paradise every single day.  our ocean view room felt like a tree house as it over looked the forest and sea, the beds were unbelivably comfortable, the bath tub was HUGE,  the food was delicious, especially the balinese food  which was nothing like we've ever tired. "My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Laguna, our room which had the Access to the pool was beautiful and clean. The staff were very friendly and nothing was a problem for them. The breakfast staff remembered us each day and made special smoothies just for us, would definitely go back "

"We enjoyed our stay at The Sakala. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful & were so lovely to our kids. Highlights All requests were actioned in a fast manner. The room air conditioning was great. The hotel was impeccable clean, the room cleaners were fantastic and even lined our kids soft toys on their bed each time they made up the room. Demmy was helpful from the get go and would go above and beyond for our requests!"

"Found the property required some minor upkeeping and maintenance though after 5pm the place was barren, dead. We did experience an issue with our room initially where it smelt quite humid, and we were later moved. The resort did not have any functions after 5pm at all other than host a private 5-year-olds birthday function for someone who was not a hotel guest. We were looking forward to dinner and drinks with live bands by the pool till say 9pm? Staff generally tend to speak Balinese and not...

"Room was excellent….housekeeping not so much…was hit or miss. Also AC continually broke down, and after being told motor needed to be replaced, 3 days later it was still not done, even after someone came by every day. They did make amends and offered a massage, but for a 5 star hotel, neither or the above things should have been an issue at all."
