"Great rooms! Bar and pool area are lovely. Thai restaurant was average at best though service was good. Breakfast again very average and overpriced in my opinion. Staff are lovely though one lady who manages the restaurant was not great - asked her for something, said she would get someone on it and 20 minutes later still nothing then when we asked her she took 0 accountability. "

"It was a lovely hotel. I came with a partner and my baby girl. An employee kindly offered to push our pram against our wishes. Unfortunately he broke a wheel on the pram. When we came to the room in the other building from the main one, our room had chipped paint on the walls and using the shower would often flood the bathroom. Also, the toilet seat had a weird yellow stain on it as soon as we entered too. Otherwise, it was great. The complimentary penhaligons toiletries were amazing, the AC...

"This is a lovely inn/pub in a pretty village. It was very clean and well-kept. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. The pub has wonderful food. We tried a South African platter, and it was amazing. Would definitely recommend a stay here. "

"Nice property overall, location can’t be beat, walkable to Windsor and Eton and the river. No hot water the first day, difficult to get a hold of staff as there is no overnight staffing. Emergency and contact numbers were out of date, manager didn’t pick up her mobile phone because they didn’t recognise the number calling, which we thought was odd. Water issue was remedied. No compensation offered. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Didn’t hear any noise from street or from restaurant....

"We tend to use flats when we go away as a family with 3 children 1, 4 and 6. Really clean property. Thoughtful extras dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, tea, coffee, milk, wine, orange juice. Property had a bit of minor, understandable, wear and tear. Excellent communication from the hosts/owner. Fantastic central Windsor location, literally a few steps from the castle and the river. Great for little legs. Ample bedding, pillows, towels. Good sofa bed. WiFi good speed and smart...
