"The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mary on reception let us check in early as the room was ready. Mary gave us a quiet room as requested. Guests are not always considerate though as they banged doors and ralked loudly in the early hours of the morning. We checked in on my birthday so a gesture of a card would have been nice."

"We were given a room upgrade with a balcony when we checked in, as it was my wife birthday 🎂 they also decorated the room and gave her a birthday cake ,, very nice touch,,"

"The staff at the front desk were welcoming, friendly and always so helpful. Returning from a long day of sightseeing to have a cocktail in the lounge became a high point of the day for us. I appreciated the "green energy" steps that were taken, down to very small things."

"Nice hotel near Tower of London. Quiet area. Not a lot of nearby dining options or shopping. Underground is nearby so the rest of the city is easily accessible. Hotel was nice. Staff friendly. Beds comfortable. Good value. "

"Just a 10-minute walk from the Temple Tube Station in a charming historic area of London across from the High Court, the Apex Temple Court Hotel is set back from the street in a courtyard off the thoroughfare so it is quiet and comfortable. Staff are warm and professional and rooms are spacious, a great value for the price."

"Smallest room I’ve stayed in so far although I was offered the option of upsizing for a charge. Toilet seat moved each time it was used and crack noticeable in the sink. Linen was very good and clean. "

"Very happy with choice of hotel. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness and helpful staff…..even let us leave our luggage on our arrival and departure days. The only slight complaint was we could hear every movement coming from room above, ie. squeaky floorboards and occasional sound of voices outside our bedroom….so maybe not so soundproof! However, we had a club room which was spacious enough, bathroom a little on the small side but the shower was a good size and worked well with good pressure....

"The hotel lacks a fulltime dining restaurant. There is very limited food items such as inly sandwiches during afternoon and evening hours. At least add some pre-made salad options."
