"Location,location, location! About halfway in between Venice's biggest landmarks Rialto Bridge and St Mark square. Close to Gran Canal and all water transportation. Very clean. Breakfast is decent. Staff is attentive and very helpful. Other reviewers have pointed to the fact that beds are hard, and they are. I would recommend. "

"Shower was very small, left 2 towels for a 3 person hotel room. The beds really need to be replaced. Very loud mornings outside room. In room hairdryer is from the 1960’s."

"A very pleasant stay in this hotel in Venice. within a block of the Rialto bridge/Ferry, restaurants and shopping. Also an excellent location within walking distance of the core city center attractions (St. Mark's Cathedral, Rialto Bridge, etc.) The rooftop bar was absolutely lovely. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of offerings. The only downside is that no concierge services are provided."

"Hotel is just a stone’s throw away from the church so it was awesome. Just a little disappointed that we arrived at 5pm and was told we can’t check in yet as there were some hiccups with the previous room etc."
