There was a bus of tourists checking in and I was concerned I’d be waiting an hour to check in behind them but I got waived right to the front as they were being checked in as a single group, which I greatly appreciated. Room was very nice and very clean. The room is absolutely sound proof. We chose to sleep with the window open and still could barely hear anything. "Location between train station and tourist area was perfect. As an American, I appreciate the eggs and bacon as well as traditional Austrian breakfast items. We ate at the restaurant one evening, and it was excellent as well. "

"Hotel was great! It was a little bit far from the main area but definitely walkable about 20-30 min and it was a pleasant walk. Area felt safe. Hotel room itself wasn’t the most updated holiday inn I’ve been to but it was spacious and we had a balcony so that was really nice. Some things in our room were broken like the hair dryer and some of the lights didn’t work. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was helpful "
