"Overall it was a lovely experience, the staff were amazing and always friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and bed was comfortable. Only “issue” we really had was by the bathroom door I think the carpet was wearing away so every now and then you stepped on something sharp coming from or entering the bathroom. Everything else was amazing. "

"The privilege twin room I booked was excellent in terms of amenities (ironing board and iron, kettle and tea stuff, fridge (complimentary water and Pepsis), Nespresso machine and capsules, bathrobes and slippers, and decor. The only critical comment I would say is that the room was very warm at night and the fridge was placed inside a cupboard and not ventilated so it was also overheated and contributed to the temperature in the room. I’m sure this can be easily remedied. Overall a great stay...
