"Weren’t aware of having to pay for parking as when you book it says we have 200 spaces available but no mention of at an extra cost."

"Lovely hotel with beautiful views over the lake. Some elements of the hotel let it down, the ensuite was tired looking with significant orange staining to the bath taps. Pillows were uncomfortable and would have been nice to have some bottles of water in the room. However, overall I would recommend and stay again "

"Great stay in pleasantly/conveniently situated hotel. The leisure suite was brilliant except hot tub was only lukewarm on last day - no extra charge for this so we used 4 times on our 2 night break. Breakfast excellent and had one bar meal in hotel which was good. There is a Toby Carvery which is within easy walking distance as an alternative. Plenty of comfortable areas to sit and have free coffee around the bar/reception area."

"When we arrived my husband and I were shocked as there was no parking at the hotel. We had to pay to unload and then had a five minute walk from the hotel to the car park. It is totally unsatisfactory that elderly people have to carry their luggage to and from a car such a distance from the hotel. There were no porters and no help within the hotel for the few steps we had to negotiate on the way to the room.
