"Friendly Staff"

"This was our first time at the hotel. We were warmly greeted by Marina the lovely receptionist who allowed us to leave our luggage two hours earlier before check in time so we didn’t have to haul around our belongings. We got a lovely glass of their own house wine and the swimming pool was very refreshing after a long hot day walking around Fira. The staff are so very friendly and cheerful. "We loved this property! The room is beautiful and spacious, located on the perfect area just across the street from the Main views in Santorini. Staff is so helpful in booking us a four wheeler and transportation to and from the airport. Breakfast was delivered every morning on time. Their sister hotel Filotera suites has a pool with great view of the Caldera and we were able to go swim in it. "

"I liked how the staff was so helpful and available. However, when I asked for a ride to the airport to catch a local bus I was told to walk there since it was a 10 min walk. As a tourist I did not feel comfortable doing this but found my way around on my own. "

Loved my room it was comfortable and spacious, with a very nice bathroom. Felt incredibly safe my entire stay here. The hotel also has laundry service, which was very convenient, and a nice breakfast service that’s delivered to your room. The staff here is great, it seemed to be family run(or at least partly) and they were all genuinely lovely people....

"Overall it was amazing experience,property was comfortable and “demetreas” went out of his way to accomodate our request. Couple of things i want to mention. 1)standard breakfast is sent to room in take out containers,no choices are give,tea coffee not served and u have to pretty much seeve yourself. 2)the room was infested with ants next to the kitchen window so we have to be careful with handling food."

"Akra was a great location! Easy to get to from where the taxi drops you off. There's lots of steps in Santorini so I was prepared for the worst carrying the luggage but it was easy. Breakfast was very good. A mix of everything, great coffee. The gentleman helping with breakfast were so kind and helpful. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are very nice. "We had a little issue with the room shortly after we arrived and let the staff know. They didn't have anyone there to fix it, but quickly offered us a larger room and a hot tub. Very friendly and helpful. Quiet location with an excellent view facing the ocean. Would recommend the Phaos!"
