"I read other people's reviews, the negative ones are well off. This hotel was above what I hoped it would be for the price. Everything was clean, food was superb and staff extremely friendly. I recommend paying the small extra for a poolside balcony, it was great to watch tennis with a beer during my down time and not overlooked by other hotels."

"Our stay at Zhero Hotel Mallorca was interesting. On the one hand, the staff was amazingly accommodating, pleasant and helpful. On the other hand, the hotel is showing signs of needing maintenance and general updates that seem to have been neglected. (One example of this is the decking around the pool area that seems spongy in places.) The towels in the rooms were very scratchy and old. "We stayed as a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The staff were lovely and the pool always clean with plenty of sunbeds. The rooms were basic but absolutely fine, the pillows a little hard but not a problem. We didn't have any accessibility issues and so the many steps leading to the shops and beach were not a problem, the exercise was probably needed! The strip is a bit touristy, lots of restaurants and we hired a boat on one day for €210 for four hours and it was fantastic! Snorkeling with the fish and sailing the sea! My children made some lovely friends and bought some beautiful clothes from the local shops. All in all, a wonderful family holiday we will treasure"
