"The property itself is clean, tidy and the staff are very helpful. The room was very clean, unfortunately I booked a room with no window and it was extremely warm in there, the air conditioning was really weak, they did provide a table top fan which didn't work. I reported this at once but it took nearly 3 hours to aquire another one, but it didn't make much of a difference to the heat, so quite an uncomfortable night was had. The breakfast was very nice."

"The hotel is well situated for Manchester airport terminal two, barely five minutes' walk away, maybe ten minutes' walk from the train station. The walk is not entirely covered so be aware of the weather. The check-in process was simple, the room was small but functional, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, good water pressure. The hotel has no restaurant but they gave me a discount for the restaurant in the adjacent Holiday Inn which was nice enough. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel,...

Everything from a Gregg's to Harvey Nichols (and tram interchanges) within a few minutes' walk. Very new/fresh/modern feel throughout with three fast lifts for 7 floors. Nothing tired or worn. "We usually stay here if we are in the Manchester area. Rooms are decent. Breakfast is good & it’s very close to the Trafford centre. We had an issue this time on the first night as the air con unit wasn’t working. When we said the following day - it couldn’t be fixed so Shannon moved us to a different room. She was very helpful and these are the kinds of things that make you go back to a hotel. "
