"What a gem of a hotel only 3 stars but I personally would rate it as a 4 star hotel , very clean , staff helpful and welcoming, I booked a single room but had a larger room 2single beds and bathroom which was a bonus , pool area inviting and clean . I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends/family "

"I read other people's reviews, the negative ones are well off. This hotel was above what I hoped it would be for the price. Everything was clean, food was superb and staff extremely friendly. I recommend paying the small extra for a poolside balcony, it was great to watch tennis with a beer during my down time and not overlooked by other hotels."

"Our stay at Zhero Hotel Mallorca was interesting. On the one hand, the staff was amazingly accommodating, pleasant and helpful. On the other hand, the hotel is showing signs of needing maintenance and general updates that seem to have been neglected. (One example of this is the decking around the pool area that seems spongy in places.) The towels in the rooms were very scratchy and old. It seems like a small thing but having nice towels can make up for a lot in a hotel. There was no elevator...

"Clean and big room. Shower cabin was tiny so it was difficult to shower or move in/out, and I'm not even a big person. Had big balcony with 2 chairs, table and 2 deckchairs. Balcony was very big and had even view of the beach and sea. There was also a swimming pool (big and small) that we didn't use but it looked clean and spacious. "Apartments were very clean, well equip and had very friendly and helpful staff. Location is next to noisy German Bars and in busy season has music until 4am. Not ideal for families but cannot fault actual apartments and staff."
