"Excellent hotel, we were a bit dissapointed that there was no A/C, but I called about it and a fan was sent to the room and the young man who brought it was very kind and helped us opening the window because we couldnt figure out how to open it. Overall, very good experience."

"With a place as frugal and inexpensive as this location, I don't think people should be asking "what didn't you like...". This is a good, budget hotel. There should be no expectation of a "first class", butler-waits-on-you experience when staying in a great value accommodation like this. Not the Hilton? Well duh, you're paying a fraction of the cost of a stay at the Hilton, and the staff are nicer and harder working here. Overall I think the stay was quite good. Simple true, but it ticks all...

"It was so far from Terminal 5 to terminal 2 where the hotel located . I am handicapped I didn’t know it would that far walking. I recommend if you are handicapped take a taxi from terminal 5 to terminal 2. Overall the hotel is excellent. "

"Conveniently located to Heathrow. The hotel is a fun vibe when you walk in. Thou the man checking us in looked less than thrilled to be there and didn't have a great attitude. The room was updated and quiet. "

"The room was even smaller than we had expected but nevertheless contained all of the advertised features. Although our room had a double bed, it was, necessarily, pushed against a wall so that one could only get in or out on one side. We deliberately selected a room without a window to try and reduce external noise: this seemed to work. "

"I had an incredible sleep, a really comfy bed, and so dark and peaceful. The staff are great and the rooms are really cool. The one lift is an issue as you can wait to get into a very crowded lift, and every thing costs more money ( leaving bags etc) also the rooms don’t have wardrobes so not ideal for a long stay, but well worth a night or two "

"We booked this hotel because it was easily acessible from inner London as my family from France was coming for our wedding. They had enough rooms for all 17 of us and three of these were next to each other. The double rooms were not very spacious, but comfortable and very clean. The support from the hotel staff was amazing helping us book cabs to get to our venue and recommending places to eat nearby. "
