"Stay was to relax and overall good, however if the hotel wants to move up a notch they need to address lots of little things. Bar - did not really feel comfy as seats were more for a restaurant. The bartender was attentive & friendly but instead of cleaning the bar & tables when it was quiet, he was smoking and on his phone. Not great when some of the tables were dirty. "Stopped at the Keswick Park hotel while walking the Cumbria Way. The staff were great and helped out one of our party who had injured her ankle while walking during the day and were on hand to provide refreshments once we arrived.
