"Overall the property was very clean and tidy. The only thing I would suggest is that there should be a kettle in the room. Breakfast as much as it's delicious it starts from 8am. Personally I'm early bird and unfortunately couldn't have any coffee until 8. Some door hooks in the bathroom would be useful. Nowhere to put clothes. "

"This was my first experience in a hostel and overall it was great. I felt safe and I liked that I could book an all girls room. The beds were like little bee hives, and very spacious. I really liked that they had curtains. The bathrooms were mostly clean. If there was low toilet paper you just had to tell someone and they would replace it. "The staff were so lovely, always helpful and friendly. We stayed for 4 nights, the apartment was so nice, clean, had everything we needed. The only downside we had was noisy neighbours with small babies who cried all night keeping us awake, we originally booked hotel nets adults only but wasn’t informed of its closure and us being moved. Overall the hotel was so lush and we thoroughly enjoyed it. "

"Nice hotel at a nice price. Outdoor pool & Jacuzzi. Room is simple, but comfortable. Bath tub and powerful shower head. Perfect location for me. 8 euro cab tide or bus to Palma Historic area. Beaches, car & scooter rentals 2 minute walk. Restaurants and bars 2 minute walk. There are 2 massage spas, 1 barber & 1 hair salon. Everything one needs is a 2 minute walk."

"The location is perfect, right in the city center of Palma. The service was perfect and the staff tried to help us with all our different questions. The breakfast was very nice with fruit, bread, ham and cheese. The rooftop is amazing where we had breakfast in the morning and shared a glass of wine before going to bed. Overall a great place!"

"The hotel is classic and very nicely appointed. The attendant at check-in (Miguel) was very pleasant and helpful throughout. The room is small but adequate and quiet with a small balcony and view - quite nice in many respects. I did not like that the room had a chemical smell, perhaps trying to cover up the stench of smokers (there was an ashtray in the room). The WiFi ranged from terrible to non-existent both in the room and on the terrace. It did not even work in the lobby. One of the waiters...
