"The staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The hotel is dated and needs a renovation. For example, our bathroom sink has cracks in it and the shower knob falls off. "

Negative things, pillows need to be replaced, fruits would be great for breakfast, almond milk should be added for lactose intolerant folks. I'm surprised there wasn't any stay free or hygiene products for the the ladies. We asked."

"Very clean and well maintained property. Just over 5 minutes from the Universal studios parking structure. The staff members were nice and courteous. Nice, free continental breakfast with fresh, hot mini omelette, and also waffle maker."

"Everything was great, super clean, modern and convenient (near to multiple attractions). The only thing I would probably like to change is to vary the breakfast if possible. The two days we had the same things but it was good regardless."

"The man that checked us in was lovely. Unfortunately our room need a lot of cleaning and or painting and fixing. We had some sticky stuff on mirrors Sticker that someone just stuck on the lamp The walls are dirty and need cleaned and painted. Lots of random cats walking around. The bed was comfortable and clean but everything just felt a little off. Lots of signs everywhere and for some reason it is an issue to take your breakfast to your room. That is weird. "
