"We ended up having to stay in Pangkalan Bun unexpectedly when our flight was cancelled. We booked this hotel at the last minute. The staff were very nice and the facilities good. My only complaint would be that it is a fairly long walk to get to the main part of town where the “sites” are. A short drive, so if you prefer that, the location is fine, but if you like to walk, pick something a little closer to the water. "

"Very convenient location in town. Place was clean and comfortable. A bit weird, since it is on the 7th floor of the Sabah Mall, but separate lifts (one lift for rooms, another for mall) eased my mind. Just a short walk away from the seafood heaven of KK, and there was a day market around the corner on Sunday. Breakfast was plentiful, in terms of choices and food. "

"A lovely big room on the top floor, overlooking the city. Plenty of windows for maximum light and a beautiful view of the sunset. The staff were all lovely and the handyman was very helpful and friendly. Located within easy walking distance of great eateries, shopping malls and the waterfront. "

"The room was not as expected. I read great reviews but sadly, we were unlucky. The room was so dusty, not clean. The deluxe king seems like a deluxe queen. Our room electricty keeps tripping. For a deluxe king, the room is small, i think we were given the wrong room coz we requested differently. The only great thing about it is it is walking distance to Imago. "

"Much better area of Lahad Datu, compared to town closer to airport. Lots of small shops and a good supermarket below hotel. Area feels relatively safe and we enjoyed the Night Market for dinner (although we were very much a spectacle for locals who are not used to tourists). Hotel itself is reasonably modern, good size bathroom and shower. Beds were OK for comfort and air con worked OK. There is a lot of noise from the streets and shops around, especially on the nights of the night markets until...

"If you like a hotel with character this is the place for you. Reception staff were great, there is a pool where you can chill. Wifi was good and if you don't want to leave the grounds, nice reception rooms to read. Will be back.. "

"Bersih but bagi customer bawa sendiri sabun syampoo and toiletries. Tidak dibekalkan. Hati-hati ketika masuk or keluar lift kerana lift mudah Tertutup dengan cepat dan kena alert dgn button. "Room much nicer and bigger than expected (family room) with lovely views. Nice breakfast options and lots of trip options and lifts if needed. Limited food options in evening but food good."
